  1. From your logged-in Administrator account, click on Company Settings <\/strong>in the side bar and open the Inspection Cause Codes<\/strong> tab on the far right of the page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    2. Leave the Select a Cause Code dropdown menu set to *New and enter your new Cause Code name below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Select a Group<\/strong> from the dropdown menu for your new Cause Code. Check Management only<\/strong> if applicable<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. In the Sort order<\/strong> field, enter the number of places down the dropdown list where you would like your Cause Code to appear<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. Click Save<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
