There are several ways to see “a list of Annual Planner items coming due<\/em>“. The two most common are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. From your logged-in account, select the Property Connection tab that view your Annual Planner items<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Then press Inspections<\/strong> > Search<\/strong> and sort by the “Maintenance<\/strong>” column. From here you can either press on an inspection point to view or edit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Another way is to press on your Property<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Download Reports<\/strong>. Then select\u00a0Forecast\u00a0Summary of Service<\/strong> to generate a PDF\u00a0to see\u00a0what’s coming due for the next 12 months.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Note<\/strong>: To add additional Service Dates, press Company Settings <\/strong>> Inspection<\/strong> Types<\/strong>, then select the Inspection Type, then scroll to “Scheduling Details” and under Service Type drop-down select this and press **<\/strong> Edit Service Types<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
