Key fobs are used for Security teams to start and end patrols. These fobs are essentially a multi-use Smart Tag with many Groups (Tours) along with Start and End Inspection Types.
1. From your logged-in account, tap a Key Fob with your device (for iPhone users, press Scan before tapping Key Fob)
2. Select which Group (Tour) you are starting with the word Start (e.g. Ground Floor Tour – Start)
3. Press either All in Order or Attention Required if there is an issue.
4. Then press Submit.
You have now begun the tour and can start scanning your inspection points.
To end the tour, repeat steps and select the Group (Tour) you are ending with the word End.
