An Account in Tap Report consists of a:
- First and Last Name
- Email and/or Employee #
- Pin #
Each Account allows a user to have multiple Property Connections.
A Property Connection consists of a:
- Role
- Locations they are responsible for
A Role allows you to control what a collection of Users can and cannot do, and when they shall receive email notifications.
A Role (Company Settings > Roles & Permissions) consists of:
- Permission Level – View Only, Inspect, Edit
- Awareness – Notified when inspections points are near-due, overdue, Attention or Service Required
- Work Flow – Groups that can be seen
- User Permissions – Create/Approve Users
- Webpage Restrictions – View Billing, Company Settings, Archive Inspection Points, Inspecting without a Tap
Locations they are responsible for (i.e. Unit 1)
Note: The ability for a single user to have multiple Property Connections provides flexibility for many scenarios.
