Editing/Changing Location Settings On the App

  1. Log in to the Tap Report App on your phone
  2. Tap a Smart Tag
  3. Press the Yellow Banner > Edit > Edit the Details and press on Next
  4. Select from the following Status options:
  • Service Required
  • Attention Required
  • Issue Resolved (All in Order)
  • All in Order
  • Not in Use

5. Press Submit

Note: To add a new Manufacturer, click on the drop down menu next to Manufacturer under Smart Tag Details and select Add new manufacturer. Input the name, then click Add this Manufacturer.

Note: To add a new Service Type, click on the dropdown menu next to First service type under Scheduling Details and select Add new service type. Input the name, then click Add this type.
