1. Log-in via email: This means one less password for you to remember. We’ll email you a unique code on each login. This method is significantly more secure than a traditional password which can be cracked, witnessed, or recorded.
2. Standard login: You can log in using your email address, phone number, or employee number, along with a Pin #.
3. Dedicated scanner per Inspector. Where a device can be assigned to each individual, that scanner can remain logged in as them. In order to login on a desktop computer, they can temporarily use option 1 or 2. If WiFi is an issue, we can also provide SIM cards in each scanner.
4. Generic user account: This option is the most convenient but least secure. Plus, inspections are not tracked with user names.
