Inspection points will show as Due for Maintenance when Maintenance (a more thorough inspection) has not been performed within i.e. 365 “Days between Maintenance”
Reset this annual 365-day interval like the monthly 31-day interval, by
- Selecting “I’m performing Maintenance” on the app’s login page or;
- Checking off the box Submit as Maintenance Tech on the web
Then submitting an inspection for each extinguisher or piece of equipment.
Alternatively, if you do not perform annual inspections yourself, you can either edit and remove this interval of 365 days for each inspection point or let us know which specific Group(s), and we can remove these in the backend*.
