AutoFill Feature

With this feature, inspectors can now AutoFill default answers for Dynamic Questions on the app. This is useful for inspections that require a large amount of questions to be filled out for large properties. This feature helps inspectors save time.

How does it work?

Default answers have to first be entered on our webpage which can be done by users who have roles with higher permissions. To set up default answers:

1. Select Company Settings > Inspection Types.
2. Select the Inspection Type. Then scroll down.
3. Press Add a question.
4. The first question to enter should be a Title. Select Title from the Answer Type dropdown.
5. Press Add a question to enter in the question. Select the required Answer type, then enter the default answer.
6. Upon adding all questions and answers, press Save.

Now that the default answers have been saved, after pressing Menu > Reset on the app, you will be able to use the AutoFill feature on the app by pressing AutoFill.
