How to Replace a Smart Tag on the App

  1. After launching the Tap Report app, input your Employee # or Email, Pin # and press Log In
  2. Press Menu > More Options > Replace Smart Tag (For iOS press Menu > Replace/Activate Smart Tag)
  3. Select the Inspection Point that requires a new Smart Tag
  4. Press Next
  5. Tap the new Smart Tag with your device
  6. Press Replace
  7. Press Menu > Sync

Note: You’ll need to Sync all scanners for them to report on this new Smart Tag.

Note: You’ll not be billed for Replaced Smart Tags that are no longer in Tap Report.
